Lettie was employed at Allan Gray from 2013 to 2020 and was a specialist in the Strategic Markets team when she left. She previously worked as a business development manager in Retail Distribution and prior to that as a client relationship manager in the Private Clients team. Lettie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Planning and an Honours degree in Business Management focusing on Investment Management, both from Nelson Mandela University.
